1. Key Policy
Orders of $100.00 or more: Shipped via International Express Couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) for fast, tracked delivery(Except for remote areas).
Orders under $100.00: Shipped via Economical Postal Services (e.g., Registered Air Mail) for a cost-effective solution.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing time for custom or pre-order items will be specified on the product page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
DHL,UPS, FedEx : 5-7 business days
Economical Postal Services: 20-30 business days
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking number for your order, your courier and a trackable link.
I have received my tracking link but it hasn't updated in a while.
If you try to track your order immediately after receiving your tracking detail email you may see an error on the courier tracking page. Please wait 12 hours and re-try, this will allow time for your tracking details to generate online.
If your tracking details do not update or stay in the same status for more than 48 hours please let us know via the CONTACT US section so we can review this for you.
My package says delivered, but I haven't received it
We are sorry that you haven't received your order!
Firstly, we would recommend to check your 'Proof Of Delivery' you can access this via your tracking link used to track your order. You can use this information to confirm where your package was delivered and who has signed for it, in the case that a friend / colleague has received the order for you.
From time to time the courier tracking may show a delivered status before it has physically been delivered, it can take up 24 hours for this to reflect accurately.
Courier Company have contacted me regarding an additional payment due on my order, I thought I had free shipping?
Some countries may be required to pay tax & duties upon arrival which will be applied by your local customs office.
What happens if I refuse to pay for additional tax & duties on my order?
If there are any applicable tax or duty charged applied to your order, Courier Company will contact you directly. If you refuse to pay the tax & duty charges, Courier Company will attempt to return your order to us. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt however the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duty, in which case a refund is not guaranteed.
